1.SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 

2.WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMERIt is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at 5shionbusiness as soon as you place your order.

3.RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 

You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept returned items that for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

4.REFUND POLICY

Charges - As a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage if the order is shipped free. We would refund to your original payment method. That's to say, if you used credit card to pay, we would refund to your credit card.
